A little more about Molly……

As owner of Molly Rudberg, LLC, and Co-author of: “From the Yoga Mat to the Corner Office – A Mindful Approach to Business Success”, Molly is an Executive Leadership Coach to CEO’s, organizational teams and emerging leaders throughout the U.S. Molly is typically called upon when individuals or organizations are stagnant or stuck, as she brings with her a potent mix of personal branding skills, leadership development tools, team strategy expertise, working at thriving companies and running her own for over 17 years.

As a coaching executive specializing in all things People & Change, Molly is passionate about building leaders and organizations that fuel growth, learning, and high performance in an ever-changing world. Molly is skilled in leadership and communication, relationship and change management, training delivery and team alignment facilitation.

Molly has been described as an inspiring, dynamic facilitator and leader, who thinks intentionally about her impact on the world and challenges clients to think more deeply about growth, development and impact in their own leadership. With individuals and groups Molly is deliberate, committed and extremely light-hearted. Molly holds a BA in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa and a Master’s in Managerial Communication from Northwestern University. She is a graduate of the Accomplishment Coaching year-long coach training program in Chicago and holds a certification in “Building Organizational Cultures: A Framework for Leaders” from the Harvard Extension School. Molly will be receiving her certification in The Foundations of NeuroLeadership in early 2021.
